Just like their real homes, this miniature wooden version has all the essentials for endless hours of fun: a swinging front door accessible by a standard step ladder, a side porch entrance with a full set of wooden stairs, play sink, toy boxes for storage, a cushioned cot perfect for cozy afternoon naps, and a built-in growth chart to track their years of playing house. So don’t be alarmed when you can’t find the kids in your house – they are just in the backyard playing in their own! the scenic heights playhouse is made from 100% cedar. With small, tight knot structure, your lumber will be less likely to develop small cracks emanating from knots. In laboratory testing, our durable cedar wood proved to be Rot resistant and highly resistant to natural decay. All lumber is pre-stained for a smooth and clear appearance, as well as cut and stamped with the part number to help speed up the building process. Some pilot-hole drilling may be required. Our patented safe-t-fuse hardware makes assembly easy and secure.

The Atlas 414 is a 4 post lift with 14,000 pounds of lift capacity designed for commercial use.

This lift is designed and built to commercial grade standards and will provide many years of service.

The Atlas 414 uses a high strength cable system (with a under runway oversized hydraulic cylinder) powered by a 220 volt (single phase) power unit to raise and lower the lift.

Many competitors use an “old style” chain lifting system with an exposed hydraulic cylinder system. Old style chain lifts are difficult to “level” properly and the exposed hydraulic cylinder is responsible for numerous “door dings”.

Finally, the Atlas 414 features “tracks” between the runways to allow the use of a rolling bridge jack (such as the Atlas RJ8000BK) on the lift. Rolling jacks sold separately.

The Atlas® 9KBPX is an economically designed baseplate two-post lift great for low ceiling garages. The total column height of 111 ½” (9 feet 3 ½ inches) allows this lift to be installed in almost any professional or home garage with a ceiling as low as 9 feet 6 inches.

The Atlas® 9KBPX “chain over roller” lift features a spring loaded Secondary Lock System (SLS) that automatically engages in the event of a slack or broken chain.
