As you work out, iFIT tracks your performance and automatically changes the treadmill’s 0-10% incline range, and 0-10 MPH speed range to exactly what you need, so every workout is hands-free and personalized to you. Add your own Bluetooth®-enabled heart rate monitor, and iFIT can automatically change your workout intensity to keep you in a target zone with ActivePulse™. The SelectFlex™ cushioned deck allows you to adjust the cushioning between soft and firm to meet your preferences. When your workout is finished, easily fold and roll away your equipment to maximize your room’s space.
